- An additional charge applies after 10 hours of service, at Rp 75,000 (approximately US$5) per hour, payable directly to the driver on site
- Outside Service Areas Surcharge (fees to be paid on site directly to the driver): A surcharge Rp 150,000 (approximately US$10) for tour area in Karangasem regency (East Bali): Lempuyang "Gates of Heaven", Tirta Gangga, Taman Ujung, Lahangan Sweet, Amed, Tenganan, Virgin Beach, and Padang Bai
- A car can accommodate up to 5 travelers without luggage or up to 3 travelers with luggage, while a minibus can accommodate up to 12 travelers without luggage or up to 8 travelers with luggage

Excellent Ubud tour
We had a great customized tour with our driver, Guna. We visited Ubud, the Monkey Forest, the local market, and enjoyed a massage before heading to Taman Ayun Temple. Guna was friendly, helpful, and flexible. Highly recommended!

Great 10 Hr Custom Drive
We had a fantastic 10 hr private guide tour with Rio! The booking and pick-up process were seamless, and Rio was very helpful in providing recommendations and customizing our route to ensure we saw our top priorities. Rio was incredibly knowledgeable about each of the places we visited, and we learned so much about Balinese culture from him. Cannot recommend Rio and the 10 hr guided drive enough!
Ubud tour - Monkey Forest, Rice Terrace, Balinese food, and waterfall
Rio was INCREDIBLE! He shared so many rich facts and knowledge about Balinese culture and was such a kind guy overall. My wife and I were asking many questions and he was very happy to answer all of them with a lot of color and enthusiasm. I’d recommend Rio to anyone for a tour like this!
