Good to know
- Ability to swim is essential! Please do not book this tour if you don't have decent swimming ability. Non swimmers will not be allowed on the kayaks and you will not be refunded.
- Minimum of 7 years old
- Please if possible come with your swim wear underneath your clothes so we can get on the water as fast as possible. We are right next to the public beach toilets, however, they are quite small and you'll be in a queue to get in. After the activity it's no problem getting changed there.
- Bring plenty of drinking water and have a good breakfast before coming as lunch is not until after the activity

Great day trip from Barcelona
Brilliant trip. JB was fantastic with the kids (ages 10 and 12) and it was also adventurous for the adults. We were picked up promptly in an air conditioned van and taken to off grid locations which you would never find by yourself. He is also a font of knowledge about the area. Definitely a highlight of our stay in Barcelona.

Today we went on this kayak excursion and it was as advertised. We left Barcelona pickup spot right on time at 8am and had an easy drive up to Costa Brava. We spent about 3 hours on the water kayaking and did some cliff jumps. Our tour guide JB was awesome very knowledgeable and funny made the experience all that better. After the kayaking we had a small lunch that was provided and then we got 2 hours of free time. I went swimming again at the beach and chased it down with a cold beer others on the tour got to go and do there on thing. Would definitely do it again and ask for JB tour guide
