With Indonesia's 17,000 islands, Indonesian cuisine can be challenging to define. The class is always in small groups (max 6 people per class), it's beginner-friendly and hands-on. You'll be cooking four plant-based dishes (you'll be surprised with how many Indonesian foods are plant-based!). You'll then enjoy what you cook in the garden (weather permitting) or in the dining room with your host Michelle, who loves meeting new people, introducing them to Indonesian food, and seeing them cook & enjoy the food!
