Your tour starts with a brief explanation about the Houses of Parliament and a view of Big Ben from Parliament Square. You'll guide will give you a crash course in British royal history before you head to the Mall to witness one of its famed traditions, the Changing of the Guard.

As you watch the guards preparing for their march, your guide will explain what their duties of protecting the Palace include and significance of their elaborate uniforms. (William and Kate, the current Prince and Princess of Wales, were the 16th royal couple to get married there.) The Abbey is also famous for housing the final resting places of some of England’s most significant historical figures, so we’ll of course pause at a few.
