Brilliant day and a great guide
Product: Rome: Skip-the-Line Vatican, Sistine & St. Peter's Tour
Overall the tour was good. Lots of good information about the history of Florence. The description is a little confusing, you don’t actually go in the duomo you just stay outside and learn about it.

Loved my Vatican tour with Through Eternity Tours. Our guide, Daniela, was very knowledgeable. They were also so kind to wait for us when we had a transportation mishap getting to the meeting point on time. I called, they redirected us where to go to still join the tour, and made sure they found us. I was so happy they didn’t leave us behind! I feel like other companies would not have gone that extra mile! Their communication was top notch!

We did the 10 person Colosseum and Forum tour with Laura. She was excellent - lots of great history to enrich the experience. She also did a great job to accommodate two older parents (80-85yo) who don’t walk well. Recommend to go in the morning since you’ll be in the Sun and it is getting hot in Rome already in late May!

The tour guide was pleasant and very informative about the layered history of ancient Rome. After the meeting point, we started the tour in the Forum and viewed one area of Palentine Hill. Then they walked us over to Colosseum, handed us our tickets with entry instructions, but the tour ended there. They did not enter the Colosseum with us.

Our family recently visited the Roman Colloseum on a Through Eternity tour. The company is very organized and provided great information and specificity. The real star of the show was our guide Phillipo. We have a 7 and 11 year old and Phillipo was so patient and kind. He is also extremely knowledgeable and speaks slowly and clearly. There were 12 people on our tour and we all knew we got lucky being assigned Phillipo. I would request him for Colloseum if possible.

We had a private form of the Roman Forum with Claudia. She was absolutely wonderful. Going into the tour with knowledge from college courses and extensive reading might have presented a problem for many tour guides. Not for Claudia. She really knew her stuff. She was patient as well as thoroughly informed. If you don't ask for claudia on an Eternity tour of the Forum you are missing out.

Great experience. Our guide Vincenzo was so knowledgeable, engaging, and encouraged us to ask any questions throughout the tour. We had a small group which really made a difference. His calm demeanor while navigating around other groups and crowds really helped us stay in the moment and take it all in. Would definitely recommend booking with this group! (Our tour was the Easy Access Vatican Tour, it was about 3 hours. It does not include “skip the line” entry to St. Peter’s Basilica, so we arrived early to St. Peter’s Square around 8:30 before it got busy and visited the Basilica on our own, got a quick bite to eat, and then went to the meeting point for this tour at 10:45, which was about a 10-15 minute walk from the square.)
