Our experience with booking excursions with The UAE Junction team in Dubai was smooth and pleasant. Good communication from the team and tickets for all our experiences were issued in advance. For the Dessert Safari, we were picked up from the hotel on time with prior communication, and the two tour guides were courteous and friendly and made us feel at ease. The journey to and from the safari was smooth and enjoyable, with the tour guides giving us a couple of commentaries about scenic landmarks. We were kept informed throughout and given plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace with regular check-ins. From quad-biking to dune bashing, camel ride, and the beautiful finale dinner with entertainment, good food and service all was great experience. However, the constant haggling from the local sellers was a touch off-putting, but overall, the whole experience was enjoyable and commendable! We would use UAE Junction again on our next visit to Dubai.
