Such a fun experience! It’s a great introduction to the history of Solvang and a way to see much more than you would exploring on your own. Staff were friendly and the activities worked for a wide range of ages. Would definitely recommend for families

Fun and Interactive Viking Tour
This experience was amazing! Our tour guide Kate did an excellent job at educating the kids without overwhelming them with facts, but rather playing games and making the experience interactive with both the group and the town of Solvang! From learning about the Viking folklore surrounding Solvang, touring the Viking museum, exploring a very cool hidden arcade, and to top it off eating some delicious Ableskivers the experience was an absolute blast for both my kids and I. Will definitely recommend for your next family trip to Solvang!

Day trip to Solvang
We had a great tour of Solvang with Vanessa. We learned a enough about Solvang and the area to make us want to plan a return trip. During the tour we tasted offerings from several places around town that were all delicious. This is a great way to start your time in Solvang to learn about the town and where to go for fun and great food. Take the tour!!!

Bachelorette Experience
We were a bachelorette group and it was the highlight of our trip. The tour was thoughtfully curated to show us hidden gems we may have missed. The tour offerings were well rounded (coffee + pastries to start, 2 savory bites, 2 wine tastings including olive oil + balsamic, ended with ice cream.) Vanessa was a great tour guide. Highly recommended for any group looking to explore solvang!

Yummy and Filling
the wife and I took the Food, Wine, & Culture tour this Saturday the 17th and had a great time. Casey was our guide and we actually had the privilege of being the only 2 people on the tour with Casey as our guide. if was definitely a five star experience. Casey was friendly and knowledgeable while still being professional. he was there to greet us a litte early before the scheduled time. the tour had 6 stops and there were 2 stops that were sweet, and 2 that were savory and 2 that had wine tastings. the food and wine at each stop were tasty and even though the samplings were "smallish" they were filling and we were definitely full by the end of the tour. it was great that at several stops we were able to talk with the owner/s. the tour lasted more than 2 hours and there was a bit of walking, but not "too much" walking. we had a great time and the tour was a great value, and we would recommend that you do the tour if you get a chance

Fun experience overall
This food and wine tour was generally very good. We were in a small group with our guide Vanessa. She was engaging , shared local knowledge and made sure that the tour was smooth. And she made the group feel comfortable as well. It lasted a little over 2 hours - a Danish pastry tasting , followed by a small food tasting, then a wine tasting with cheeses, followed by local fare with another wine tasting and ended with dessert. The only suggestion I have is to include 1 more food item in the tour considering that portions are small and there are 2 wine tastings within (Need more food to go with the wine). Given that Solvang was crazy crowded on Dec 28th, this was a good way to sample food from 2-3 diff places without standing in long lines.

Do this tour!
Loved this tour with a mix of food and wine stops. Our tour guide Vanessa picked out cute little places we would’ve never seen on our own. Everything was delicious and the store owners were very gracious. Definitely worth your time to do this tour.

Solvang’s Best kept Secret
My sister and I loved the experience. Vanessa had good energy and was informative and friendly. The places we stopped were so good and fulfilling. The history of Solvang was fascinating. This is a must do if you plan on visiting Solvang.
