I did 6 days safari with them and they are very good and friendly people my safari was enjoyable with them i actually recommend the for the best of east Africa safari , the made me see the big five including the small five , my family enjoyed the safari all through.

Dishonest Tour Operator – Avoid LisaM Kenya Tours I booked a 3-day Masai Mara safari with LisaM Kenya Tours for $700 USD, and the experience was deeply disappointing and dishonest. ➡️ Before paying, I confirmed three times that I would get three full days of safari, including park entry. They agreed. Here’s what really happened: • Day 1: Just a 1.5-hour walk near the camp. No game drive, no park entry – not a safari. • Day 2: Actual safari in Masai Mara (the only day that matched the offer). • Day 3: Nothing at all. No park entry, no safari – despite paying for it. They also promised accommodation at Lenchada Camp, but placed me in a cheaper, poor-quality camp with no electricity. My phone got damaged, and they offered no help or compensation. When I asked for a refund of $200 USD for the unused park fee, they refused and acted as if they didn’t understand anything. This agency is not professional, they break agreements, and take advantage of travelers. I am filing a formal complaint with the Kenya Tourism Board and will warn others on every platform possible. 📢 DO NOT BOOK with LisaM Kenya Tours. There are many trustworthy operators in Kenya – this one is not among them.

Our 3-day Masai Mara safari with LISAM Tours Kenya was an incredible adventure that my friends and I will cherish forever. The entire experience was seamless, from booking to the journey itself. Day 1: We were picked up in Nairobi early in the morning, and our guide immediately set the tone with his enthusiasm and knowledge. The drive to Masai Mara was long but scenic, with a stop for a quick lunch and some beautiful photo opportunities along the way. On arrival, we were welcomed warmly at our camp, which was simple but comfortable, offering a true safari vibe. The evening game drive gave us our first glimpse of Masai Mara’s magic, with sightings of antelopes, zebras, and a stunning sunset. Day 2: This was the highlight of our trip! The early morning drive was unforgettable—we saw a cheetah stalking its prey and a group of lions resting after a hunt. Our guide had an amazing ability to locate wildlife, and he shared fascinating stories about the animals and their behaviors. The picnic lunch near the Mara River, with views of hippos and crocodiles, was an incredible experience. We spent the afternoon exploring different parts of the park, where we spotted giraffes, warthogs, and hundreds of wildebeests. Day 3: On our final morning, we went on a short game drive and were lucky to see a leopard—an amazing way to end the safari! The drive back to Nairobi was bittersweet, but the memories we made were worth every minute. What We Loved: Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel personal. The game drives were well-planned and packed with wildlife sightings. The camp staff were accommodating and served delicious meals. Things to Note: The drive to Masai Mara is long and bumpy, so pack snacks and stay hydrated. Bring a good pair of walking shoes for exploring the camp area. Tips for Travelers: A camera with a good zoom lens is essential to capture the wildlife. Don’t forget bug spray and sunscreen for added comfort. Start your days early for the best game viewing. LISAM Tours Kenya exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and attention to detail. If you’re planning a safari, I highly recommend them for an unforgettable experience!

I just finished my 2 days tour of Chogoria route in Mt Kenya with Benson as my guide, and Daniel as my cook (what a chef!!!). The mountains are just incredible and having a very professional guide added to my incredible experience. I wish I have more days on Mt Kenya, it's stunning and definitely highly recommended Lisam tours.
