Our family experienced a wonderful charter boat ride on the Nemo catamaran. Mario and his crew took care of us with great snorkeling. An outstanding lunch was provided. We would recommend this experience for anyone in Cozumel.

We had an amazing day with our group of 24 aboard the Nemo with Captain Jairo and crew. We had a mix of adults and kids as this was an extended family trip. We decided to trade out the open bar for an upgraded lunch and they did not disappoint. It was the best meal we had our entire trip - lobster, ceviche, steak and chicken fajitas, and drinks including jamaica and tamarindo. The setting was amazing. Several family members wondered aloud if this was real life. They were able to guide us in a snorkel trip with 24 of us splashing around (some very small children and several first time snorkelers) and they navigated the current and drift for us wonderfully. We saw nurse sharks and a turtle, lobsters, starfish, barracuda, flying fish, and lots of colorful fish I can’t name. They exceeded all expectations and made a high risk trip into a high reward trip. I will trust them to take care of us again.

I can’t thank the crew of First Lady enough for the fantastic day we had in Cozumel on their Mako 284. They made sure we had a great snorkeling experience and helped out with my 90 year old mother to make sure her experience was special as well. And that lunch they cooked, wow! Probably the best meal we had during our 7 day cruise. Skip the crowded excursions and book a private boat through First Lady - worth every penny!

This was the best excursion we have ever done, worth every penny! The crew was amazing. They took us fishing where we each caught several fish. Then we went snorkeling and saw colorful fish, sea turtles, and even a shark! Next we went to El Cielo, where we swam (with stingrays!) while they prepared lunch from the fish we caught! Everyone agreed it was the highlight of our cruise. We are planning to take our friends again in June.

We chartered a catamaran with First Lady Charters while in Cozumel on August 26. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They exceeded every expectation. The vessel was impeccably maintained, spacious, and extremely comfortable for our party of 9 adults. The crew demonstrated the highest level of professionalism—welcoming, attentive, and highly skilled—ensuring that every detail of the experience was seamless. And they made the best meal I have ever had on a catamaran!

This is a top notch boat company. We spent the best day with them this past July. The crew is extremely kind. The spots we snorkled at were beautiful. The lunch they provided was some of the best food we had during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Had a great time! Captain and crew were incredibly friendly and accommodating with drinks, snacks, food, and very clean boat. Let me tell you, the food they cooked up was amazing - we were still talking about it days after the trip! I wish we spent more time snorkeling and less at El Cielo Sandbar, but it was, exciting, relaxing, and excellent overall. If I do come back to Cozumel (fingers crossed!) First Lady will be my first pick for booking another adventure.

What an awesome day with the First Lady crew! Our group of 8 chartered the 47’ catamaran for the day in Cozumel. The trip was perfect with the crew being professional, knowledgeable, and fun! I want to share my family of 18's experience from this crew! We sailed with them in January 2025 and it was nothing short of amazing. The crew, food and boat were amazing! They catered to our every need and with 18 people ranging from 3-75 I have to say wow. I highly recommend this crew to anyone looking for an experience of a lifetime. Some of the best highlights were the toys and gear for all ages, food amazing and delivered drinks to us while standing on a sand bar! Excellent service.
