Traveler reviews
Not the best unfortunately
I wouldn’t recommend this tour. We are a family that really enjoys history and learning about the places we visit but unfortunately this tour didn’t live up to expectations. The guides facts and stories were all quite random and we didn’t come away with a sense of any understanding of the history of the sights we saw. We gleaned more from our guide book. The guide was also very laboured and unnecessarily detailed in parts and then scant on any details of real interest. Such a shame as it was our children’s (13 & 16) first trip to Rome. I’m sure there are better tours out there.
Amazing piece of history
The Colosseum was amazing! To step back in time and imagine what it must have been like during the height of the Roman Empire. The forum was awesome!
The guide was excellent...
The guide was excellent she's explaining very well everything we have a great time the only reason I give a 3 starts because I was very disappointed that we just on the arena taking some pictures and sit down to explaining what happens there we didn't have a slight of chance to go inside . Just at front of the arena in that's it if you want to go inside be sure because is not gonna happen in this one
Really pleasant experience.
We had an excellent guide, she speaks excellent American, gave us plenty of interesting info.
