He was very informative and explained everything clearly, while adding a great sense of humour to every topic, which made the entire experience enjoyable. He was energetic, enthusiastic, and always approachable. He made sure that everyone in the group completed the itinerary comfortably and that we finished everything on time. Throughout the trip, he handled everything with a smile and a very positive attitude. His English was also very good, making communication easy and the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, Michael made our trip a memorable and pleasant experience. We really appreciate his dedication, energy, and friendly nature.
