Enjoyed the Hop on Hop off tour.
We met the bus at the first stop and rode it all the way around (just under 2 hours) Good information was shared, the host was easy to hear and understand. I would have liked to have heard more options at each stop - I recommend this tour.
This was the worst hop...
This was the worst hop on/off tour I have ever done. I am a travel agent and have travelled extensively in my 23 years as an agent and done countless city tours like this. Let me be clear the driver was fine and it succeeded in getting us around the city so we could see the sights and use it as a mode of transportation to get to the CN tower. Our guide was an imbecile. I actually feel dumber having taken this tour rather than smarter. He didn't know where he was half the time and was rambling on about things that frankly I don't know if he was joking or if it was actual fact or if he was just trying to be funny but he wasn't funny at all. He said he was 27 and I wish I would have gotten his name. He needs to be retrained not only on actual route so he knows where he is during the tour but also given facts about the things we were looking at. He even messed up telling his right from his left to let us know which side of the bus to look out of. I was so disappointed in this tour and it could have been so great like all the others I've taken in the past.

There was an initial query regarding our paperwork which caused some delay. Our QR code did not work and we were apparently missing a reference number. However, i believe due to the fact that we had also booked the Niagra Falls trip which was verified, they honoured our ticket. Once on the tour, we found the bus okay and the guide, Callum, was extremely informative and had a great sense of humour which really made the trip. The contrast with his colleague when we came back for another part of the trip the following day was stark. Although that guide was also knowledgeable, he was very repetitive and kept repeating, “Don’t just have a good day, have a great day!” Which became quite irritating. Overall a well recommended tour . Thanks.
Great way to spend a day
A great way to see the city and see where all the points of interest are. Mashaal was our tour guide and he was entertaining and full of knowledge, a great way to spend a day especially with the hop on & hop off opportunities
Speak Up Please
Good view of the City but commentators speech was fast and indistinct making it hard to distinguish what was said. Bus are generic to other cities but makes them easy to find.
