Itinerary
Depart by bus from Milan to the Cinque Terre, with a short rest stop along the way.
Enjoy the beautiful coastal views on your way to Cinque Terre. First stop: Manarola. Once there, take free time to explore the vineyards, walk along the harbour piers, or watch locals and visitors jump into the sea from the rocks.
Pass by: During your free time, if you wish, you will able to explore the beginning of some of the trails leading inside the Cinque Terre national park.
Pass by: From Manarola, you will travrel to Monterosso where you will start the final leg of your journey, probably the most inspiring, a 90 minutes boat cruise. The perfect way to admire the stunning views of the Cinque Terre and the delightful village of Portovenere from the sea. After this memorable experience, you will arrive at La Spezia where your coach will be waiting to take you back to Milan.
Free time
Time to return home! Enjoy the bus ride back to Milan with a short stop to stretch and refresh along the way.

A fantastic day...
A fantastic and purely magical day. The beauty of the places visited, accompanied by our two excellent guides, is by far one of my favorite moments in Italy. I highly recommend it to you!
Cinque Terre’s Experience
Wear comfortable shoes. It’s a long day, but so worth it. The weather did not permit to go on the boat ride. On the bright side, we had more time to explore the village.
Too much travel time and too little free time.
Lots of time on a bus, train, or boat. Very little free time. From getting up at 5am to meet the tour bus at 6:30, getting home at 8:30, a 14 hour at with barely 2 hours of free time.
Good if you only have one day
This trip does the best it can if you only have one day. The boat gives you a good overview and gorgeous views and you get two brief stops in two of the towns. It would be nice to have more time in the towns but probably not possible without elongating an already long day. The tour operator was excellent. We ran into a problem with our bus and they scrambled and made the tour happen anyway although a bit later start. Kudos to them for making it happen!
Complete disaster!!!!
DO NOT TAKE THIS TRIP! WASTE OF TIME AND $. NOT ORGANISED PROPERLY. WE SPENT TIME ONLY IN RUSH TO GET TO BOAT OR TRAIN. THEN WE HAD TO WAIIT FOR LONG TINE. NO TIME TO ENJOY BEAUTFUL NATURE. MAURIZIO THE GUIDE IS A DISASTER: RUDE,NOT CLEAR WITH INSTRUCTIONS, NO FLAG TO MAKE IT EASIER WITH HUNDREDS ON PLATFORMS.
