Cibeles Palace

Sofia was an excellent guide; friendly, considerate of our needs, and knowledgeable. Our meeting point did not coincide with the address given on the voucher. We used the “message tour company” option and received no help. We also made a phone call to Viator who claimed they had no contact information for our tour company or guide. We paid Viator and they did not help us. We wandered around until we found Sophia. She denied receiving information that we were lost. On all other tours we had in Madrid, the tour guide contacted us the previous day and supplied their personal phone number.
