Some opportunities for improving
Beautiful views of the skyline. Removed a star because there is no ADA accommodation to get down to the ship (though I understand needing steps to get onboard, there should be elevator access to the launch platform). We sat inside because it was cold, and it was SO Loud my ears were ringing, so I removed a star for that as well. Overall, an okay experience, but I preferred the polish of the Shoreline ships across the street.
Good experience
Just be mindful of the current weather conditions, when we were there it was cool, but when the boat starts cruising it will get really cold fast.
Who knew that one could experience a beautiful sunset BEHIND the skyline?!
This ride was timed perfectly for what was advertised…sunset from Lake Michigan. And we lucked out with a perfect night! After a brief and spirited intro from Alex as we left the dock, we then had great background music to accompany this beautiful ride! Alex did interject small facts about the sites we were seeing on the shore, which was great. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
Views great! Boat no so much.
City view and sunset were great. Cleanliness of boat not so much. Bring your own toilet paper in case you're out.
The small things that count
The line for the bar was long and slow moving. There was only one bartender. I missed the beginning commentary portion of the cruise waiting in line. Lastly, the restrooms were closed prior to exiting the vessel so I had to uncomfortably rush to find a restroom upon exiting the vessel.
