Perfect opening activity for our visit
Efficient process for boarding. Pkenty of seating with great views and the ability to walk around. Tour guide was upbeat and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Good ride and good views.
The boat ride was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed the view and the ride was smooth. Finding the dock and getting our party to the right place was a bit of a hassle but the second person we called was very helpful. Our tour guide would have been better if it was a recording. Our guide spent too much time trying to be funny and not enough time being informative. He should turn off the mic when having his personal conversations
Awesome Sunset tour
Sunset tour is awesome... Luckily I booked for Wednesday and got a chance to see even Navy Pier fireworks from boat. Overall very good experience.
Great experience but missed the sunset
The trip was great, more tickets were sold than existing seats. The line was huge. No security instructions at the beginning were provided like were safety jackets are in case of drowning, what are the evacuation instructions. I think it’s important. We had to wait extended period like 40 minutes to pass the gate from Chicago river to the Michigan lake. It wasn’t the crew’s fault but it was unpleasing. So the total time was 2h 15 minutes. So we missed the sunset. But we enjoyed the beautiful night time view of downtown Chicago. I still enjoyed the trip, would recommend and go again.
Fun, romantic, a treat
If you’re in Chicago on a nice day this is a must! You get a slice of the architecture tour plus amazing views of the city from the lake, safely inside the breaker. Add in a glass of wine from the bar and it’s hard to beat.
