Cancellation policy
Reservations are considered final 48 hours (2 days) prior to your scheduled tour and are by that time ineligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations and reservation changes prior to that window are eligible for a full refund. If your group recives the group discount, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit is nonrefundable 7 days prior to scheduled party reservation. Participant numbers are considered final 7 days prior to scheduled party reservation. Full payment is required 7 days prior to scheduled party reservation time. Though we cannot issue refunds for last-minute cancellations, we understand that family emergencies occur. If this is the reason for your cancellation, we are happy to offer you a gift certificate for a future visit within the same year. To cancel a reservation, call us at (843) 928-3947 and let us know. Email cancellations are not accepted, so be sure to CALL more than 48 hours in advance.
