Traveler reviews
Nice boat trip
A varied ride with good and funny explanations and insides from Captain Huon. Recommended Thanks
A nice river cruise on the Tamar River and into the Cataract River Gorge
We went on the Lady Launceston and really enjoyed the Captain's talk on the Tamar River and the environs. We also navigated into the Cataract Gorge and it was a beautiful site to see. All in all a very pleasant outing.
Short but informative
Short but sweet tour……a comfortable boat, with an ability to keep warm with covered windows, but also available seating outside (good for colder weather). A few wrecks along side the Tamar River shoreline as well as spectacular view up close of Cataract Gorge. Good value for money but is only a short trip
Amazing relaxing boat ride
Today we had a very beautiful relaxing river tour on the west Lamar boat, came all the way from Melbourne and it was defiantly an experience you'd want to try! Amazing scenery and history behind the gorge.
Absolutely worth doing
Decidedto go last minute and lucky a cruise was leaving in 10 minutes. Only 4 on the cruise and Stephen took out the cruise he made it so interesting and gave a commentary along the way but so Interesting and he was happy to chat and answer any questions. Beautiful scenery fantastic driver couldn't ask for more
