Magnificent Maribeth made for a fantastic tour!
Fantastic tour guided by Maribeth - she is a font of knowledge and added so much to what we had expected. Super knowledgeable and friendly, which made for a happy tour party. Would definitely recommend!
7 out of 5 stars
Joel made everything fantastic from start to finish. - Clear directions about the meet up spot and how to recognize him - Laid out his objectives: We will learn something, want to come back, and have a 7 out of 5 stars experience. - In each place he gave interesting information, some well known and others based on varying opinions. His ongoing curiosity and love for teaching are evident. - We ended up in the Capitol building and he gave us clear directions about how to find lunch, get a (free) Capitol tour and provided passes for the senate and house chambers. He also gave us a tip about going to the US navy band concert on the avenue in the evening, which was also great! Epilogue: Plans for our next visit: Supreme court lecture, going up into the Capitol dome.
Best tour yet!
Jim was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and gave us historical, architectural information that greatly enhanced our experience. Great day!
Great way to see the main government sites
Joel was amazing. A wealth of knowledge and his enthusiasm kept us engaged. Learned a ton!
Visit to Capitol Hill, Supreme Court.
It was a great tour visiting all the places like The Capitol Hill, Supreme Court and the Library. Special mention to our tour guide Debra Smetana here. She had great knowledge of all the places she was touring us plus she was super kind with multiple requests from our side. Everyone from my family was extremely happy with the tour and how kind and accommodating Debra was throughout those 2 hours.
