Great tour
Sally and Godfrey were wonderful and provided thoughtful tips throughout the tour!
Awesome Family Tour
We loved this tour! Our tour guide, Vernon, is a retired employee of the Capitol, and our driver Tanya was amazing. Vernon was so friendly and great with our young kids and older adults. He knew a ton of interesting facts, gave us personal stories from his career working in DC at the capitol, let us know what we were seeing from the bus. He was very interactive during the stops at the Capitol and monuments and told us so much about the sites. Vernon is also very funny and had us laughing all day. We had 10 minutes at some stops and 30 minutes at others. Vernon organized the stops in a way that let us have time for photos and to see the sites. Then we went to Georgetown for lunch at the harbor and he had a lot of suggestions for great places to eat. We had delicious pizza from Bozzelli's. The boat tour of the Potomac was a nice way to relax and enjoy the views of DC from the water and see the historic bridges. Highly recommend this tour company and well worth the money. Great for families and people with disabilities who can't do all the walking from site to site in DC. Our son is autistic and he was entertained and didn't get bored the entire day of the tour. Vernon and Tanya were awesome with him and our daughter. Our daughter was tired and Tanya kept an eye on her while she rested on the bus and we looked at one of the stops. Thank you, Vernon and Tanya!
Excellent DC Tour with Sally and Godfrey.
We did a tour with Sally and Godfrey. They were amazing- Sally was so knowledgeable. Godfrey was an incredible driver and very accommodating! Book with them!
Excellent tour guide
Our tour guide Tyrone and driver Chris were excellent. Both were great with my young children. Tyrone was very knowledgeable and funny. I would recommend this trip for anyone new to DC/looking for facts regarding the city and it’s monuments. The boat tour was lackluster. It was a simple recording that mostly reiterated facts we’d learned on the bus tour.
It was an excellent experience
Tyrone was excellent! He was able to give us a lot of details on the rich history as well as share stories on the culture. He was especially relatable to both adults and kids. He reminded us a lot of our son
