This aerial vantage point allows visitors to contrast the breathtaking natural beauty of the "Mother City" with the poignant history of the island's role in South Africa’s struggle for democracy.

We’ll pause at Maiden’s Cove, a prime lookout spot where you can capture postcard-perfect photos of the Twelve Apostles mountain range cascading into the sea. Excellent guide and driver

Gordon was excellent; he provided all the explanations and answered the questions asked. He is very funny, and the whole group (18 people) was satisfied. Special mention also to the driver!

Cape Town tour

It was the best decision to book this tour. We learned a lot about the history of the town throughout the tour from our guide, Gordon. I highly recommend booking this tour, and if possible, request Gordon as your guide and Kyle for your driver—they are the best!

Would recommend.

Prompt pickup in a clean van. Thomas our guide was very good and patient with guests that weren’t good time keepers. Crammed a lot into a one day. Didn’t have too long to wait at the cable car. Plenty of stop offs for photos. Would recommend.

Lovely Experience!!!

The only word that can describe my experience is “Amazing". I saw Cape Town with the help of a super tour guide and I hope I get a chance to come back and book with him again.

Extremely dangerous weather

This tour would have been fantastic if the weather was better. Now I know they can’t control the weather & if it was only a bit of rain it still would have been okay, however we had torrential rain & gale force winds. We couldn’t see out of the windows due to the rain on the outside & the condensation on the inside & we couldn’t get out of the bus at most of the stops because the weather was that bad. The guide (who was fantastic) kept telling us about different attractions or sights we were passing but would say “even though we can’t see it such & such is on the left” etc. Table Mountain couldn’t even be seen since it was covered in cloud & we couldn’t see the coastline or the lighthouse because the rain & cloud were that heavy. But the worst part was when we drove up through the mountain area that was through thick trees because there were fallen trees & large tree branches everywhere! And the wind was still howling so it was extremely dangerous & a tree could have crashed down on us at any point! We had to drive off the road into the mud a few times to go around fallen trees. I said to the guide that I didn’t think this was safe & that this tour should have been cancelled but she just brushed me off. Everyone on the tour agreed & we were all very nervous. It was the same driving along the road to get to the national park where the Cape of Good Hope was, lots of fallen trees. Thankfully we did get to see the penguins but again the winds were howling & the rain was like needles hitting your face. I requested a 50% refund through Viator but it was rejected which is very disappointing because the only decent thing we got to see was the penguins. So my advice is check the weather report 2 days before you do this tour to make sure it won’t be like this!
