Cancun Luxury SUV Airport Transfer

Loved everything about this experience from pick up to drop off The pick up: First they greet you at the airport roll your bags to your car offer cool, hand towels as your walking into the vehicle they have also to refreshments. The ride was very smooth, and you can hook up to the ox if necessary. The drop off: They arrived to the resort 20 minutes early with the same experience of the cool towel and refreshments. I would absolutely book this again.

What started as a great experience ended with my phone being held hostage for two days. The driver was friendly, on time, and the SUV was clean. Everything seemed great. The problem started when we arrived at the marina for our ferry to Isla Mujeres. About five minutes after being dropped off, I realized I had left my phone in the vehicle. The marina staff actually held the boat for nearly 20 minutes while we desperately tried to reach the driver, hoping he could turn around before the ferry departed. We called the driver multiple times and contacted the company, but received no response. Eventually, the ferry had to leave without the driver returning. After our resort contacted the company on our behalf, we were told they had my phone and could return it for a $60 fee. While frustrating, I agreed because my phone contained everything I needed for both my trip and my business. Then the story changed. We were later told it would actually cost $150, and they would not return the phone to the marina to get to me. Instead, we were told the only way to get my phone back was to use their transportation service for our return trip—something we had never planned on doing. As a result, I was without my phone for two full days and felt like I had no choice but to pay for transportation that I didn't want just to retrieve my own property. I completely understand charging a reasonable fee to return a forgotten item. What I don't understand is changing the agreed-upon amount and refusing to return the item unless additional services are purchased. The transportation itself was great. The way the lost phone situation was handled was not. As a travel agent myself, I will definitely not be recommending that my clients use this company. If you book with them PLEASE triple-check that you have all of your belongings before getting out of the vehicle. If something gets left behind, expect to be at their mercy to get it back.

Top rated service and very clean.

WiFi, beer, perfectly clean and brand new Suburban to get from Cancun airport to playa del Carmen. They went the EXTRA mile by helping us retrieve a lost phone from immigration. They communicated before via WhatsApp which is great. We were able to get kids seats for 2 and 3 year old. Cool clothes and hand sanitizer at the SUV. Darwin was very nice.

Joaquin was the best driver we’ve ever had. He gave detailed history about all of the spots between Cancun and Tulum and took care of us better than we could have imagined! Ask him about his conch playing :) 20 out of 10! Highly recommended! Will be requesting from now on!
