Good family day
Fun family day! Humberto is a fun guide! The whole crew works together to make your day fun! Good for adults too!
Not worth your money
If you’re looking for a fun time for your kids, sure. Especially for kiddos who have never been outside the US. For me and my wife, we didn’t find it nearly as entertaining. It felt like we paid for a summer camp for a few hours, with multiple points where employees were pushing us to upgrade, upcharge, or give tips. We didn’t find the experience as enjoyable as it looked. The cenote looked man made or very very small. You swim and then do ziplines/atvs which was rough for us. The atvs weren’t great; our seat nearly fell off and our ATV broke down a few times. The zipline was okay but definitely more adventure park vibes than ziplining through the jungle. The only good note was the tequila tasting, but only if you’re a fan of tequila. Our guide Alan was kind and looked out for us but at the end he was very demanding that we tip. We were polite and shot him down after a few times but he came up to our table after to haggle and tried to push us to tip. He asked why and we were honest, we didn’t like the experience. Wish we had skipped this and stayed at the beach.
Not great!
Was not pleased with how it was organised as we started with the cenote and finished with the ATV’s when it should have been the ATV’s first. At the ziplines, we had to wait for everyone to get to the end of each one and then they were really rushing everyone and once I almost hit the guy in front of me when getting to the end, being my first zipline experience, it was not great. They do not let you take any photos of your own except at the cenote as they have their own photographer and then they try and sell them to you for quite a high price. I have done experiences like this before but they never said I am not allowed to take any pictures even though they also took their own. I did like the tequila tasting though and the tacos at the end hence the 2 stars not one.
Great experience!
The experience was a good one! Great job by our guide Omar who was hands on and very knowledgeable and helpful!
Amazing Experience!!!!
It was such an amazing day experience, from the start to the end, it was nothing short of amazing. I want to specially recognize Omar who was our tour guide. He was beyond all expectations.
