Family adventure
I love it and my family really enjoyed it you really feel close to nature were having lots of fun ang unforgttable vacation
Horrible experience
I am not sure if our treatment was because we were women or because of the color of our skin, but our experience was horrible. Before the excursion, we were told that certain gear was mandatory for the ATV and cenote activities, including water shoes, goggles, and a face mask. After arriving, we realized we were practically the only people wearing all of that equipment. It felt like we were pressured into buying items that weren’t actually necessary. We were also told we couldn’t bring our phones, yet other guests had theirs the entire time. The tour guide even took photos with people who had their phones out. The rules seemed to change depending on who you were, and when we questioned it, no one gave us a clear explanation. The constant requests for tips were also uncomfortable. We were even asked to tip someone who never provided us with any service. I also recommend checking your credit or debit card transactions carefully. The receipt they printed for us did not match the amount that was actually charged to our card. We were charged $4–$6 more than what appeared on the receipt, and no one could explain the difference. This was the only business during our trip where we experienced an overcharge. To make matters worse, every activity felt rushed from start to finish, leaving very little time to actually enjoy the experience. Overall, this excursion was disappointing. Between the inconsistent rules, pressure to spend more money, questionable charges, and rushed experience, I will not be booking another adventure with this company again.
Recomended
It was good, they were punctual, although the bus needed more air conditioning.
Buyer beware.
ATVs weren’t maintained well. My ride leaked exhaust which was hot on my leg. Fender was held on with wire. My candle scraped the front wheel several times. Guy told us we would get dirty, sold us shirts and bandannas. Absolutely not necessary. We drove up a road, turned around, drove halfway back, turned around again and eventually went back.
They try to sell you many...
They try to sell you many things you don’t need, such as water shoes, bug spray, a private experience. The atv excursion was a big disappointment. You basically ride up and down the same road 2or 3 times with power lines, other than a real jungle experience.
