A bit robotic, but still beautiful!!

Very popular attraction, a lot of people, canned talking points about the different islands, Golden Gate Bridge, and Alcatraz. Still, the beauty of the bay and bridges and the night cityscape was worth it! We all had a great experience overall!

ADA-Not friendly

Customer service is lacking. They don’t treat ADA people very well. Make you wait, standing, to get on boat. They could communicate to ADA and explain a wait. No place to sit if ADA needs seating while waiting.

Great experience in the bay

Excellent, from the reception to the end. Not crowded they used two boats. Our boat was clean, including restrooms and windows. There are 3 floors, to move around and get the best views. We enjoyed that they navigated beyond the golden gate bridge and into the Sausalito inlet. The timing was perfect: sunset and city lights. All the employees were taking good care of their job and customers. The only inconvenience we got is that the bar on the 3rd floor did not carry water; and the bar in the first floor had two long lines to order.

Beautiful Sunset & City Lights

Really enjoyed this cruise! We paid about $70 for two adults for the 2-hour sunset and city lights cruise, and it was definitely worth it. The views were beautiful! Watching the sunset over the bay and then seeing all the San Francisco city lights come on was such a cool experience. We got great views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Bay Bridge. It wasn't crowded, which made it easy to enjoy the views. It does get pretty chilly once the sun starts going down, so definitely bring a jacket. They also have warm food, snacks, and drinks available to buy onboard, which was nice. Overall, it was a fun and relaxing way to spend the evening. I'd definitely recommend it if you're visiting San Francisco or just want to see the city from a different perspective.

Nice boat trip along the highlights in the bay.

Nice boat with lots of outdoor space. Sea can be a bit restless around the golden gate bridge. But for the view and the golden hour it is very rewarding.
