Itinerary
Pickup from your hotel in Cairo or Giza by tour guide to start your tour . The Great Pyramid of Giza (also known as the Pyramid of Khufu or the Pyramid of Cheops) is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza pyramid complex bordering present-day Giza in Greater Cairo, Egypt. It is the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the only one to remain largely intact.
Khufu's pyramid complex consists of a valley temple, now buried beneath the village of Nazlet el-Samman; diabase paving and nummulitic limestone walls have been found but the site has not been excavated
Khafre's pyramid complex consists of a valley temple, the Sphinx temple, a causeway, a mortuary temple and the king's pyramid. The valley temple yielded several statues of Khafre. Several were found in a well in the floor of the temple by Mariette in 1860.

The Great Sphinx of Giza, commonly referred to as the Sphinx of Giza or just the Sphinx, is a limestone statue of a reclining sphinx, a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. Facing directly from West to East, it stands on the Giza Plateau on the west bank of the Nile in Giza, Egypt. The face of the Sphinx is generally believed to represent the pharaoh Khafre. Cut from the bedrock, the original shape of the Sphinx has been restored with layers of blocks. It measures 73 m (240 ft) long from paw to tail, 20 m (66 ft) high from the base to the top of the head and 19 m (62 ft) wide at its rear haunches. It is the oldest known monumental sculpture in Egypt and is commonly believed to have been built by ancient Egyptians of the Old Kingdom during the reign of the pharaoh Khafre (c. 2558–2532 BC).
The Giza Plateau (Arabic: هضبة الجيزة) is a limestone plateau in Giza, Egypt, the site of the Fourth Dynasty Giza pyramid complex, which includes the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure, the Great Sphinx, several cemeteries, a workers' village and an industrial complex. It forms the northernmost part of the 16,000 ha Pyramid Fields in the Western Desert edge of the Nile Valley that are part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Memphis and its Necropolis. The plateau is elevated approximately 60 meters above sea-level.

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, known commonly as the Egyptian Museum or Museum of Cairo, in Cairo, Egypt, is home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities. It has 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display, the remainder in storerooms. Built in 1901 by the Italian construction company Garozzo-Zaffarani to a design by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon, the edifice is one of the largest museums in the region. As of March 2019, the museum is open to the public. In 2020 the museum is due to be superseded by the new Grand Egyptian Museum at Giza.
Khan el-Khalili (Arabic: خان الخليلي) is a famous bazaar and souq (or souk) in the historic center of Cairo, Egypt. The bazaar district is one of Cairo's main attractions for tourists and Egyptians alike. Traveler reviews
BEWARE: Itinerary changed without my knowlege!
I thought the tour was fine until looking back on my itinerary--I was supposed to go to Khan el Kalil market at the end but was instead taken to a cotton shop, an expensive spice shop, payparus museum, and optional perfume store--all of which my guide likely receives commission from my sales. My guide Aya never once explained why we did this and not the tour I booked and I forgot what was planned each day so didn't fight it. The next day on a tour where she was the guide she changed my itinerary AGAIN, by adding a second guest to my private tour and cut the bazaar from that day's plan....saying she'd take me my last day--but no one accompanied me to Khan el Khalil my whole trip.
Very good tour
• Lovely air conditioned car. • Both driver and guide friendly and approachable. • Seyed Mahmoud (the guide) was very knowledgeable and offered to take lots of pictures for me. He would let me know what the next part of the tour was and if I had no interest, we could skip. When I would ask to sit down for a bit, he would always give me as much time as I needed to recover.
Unforgettable Cairo Tour with Expert Guide and Amazing Photos
This private Cairo tour was an incredible way to see the city's highlights in one day. Our guide, Osama, was extremely knowledgeable, especially during our visit to the Egyptian Museum, where his explanations brought the ancient artifacts to life. At the Giza Pyramids and the Sphinx, he not only shared fascinating history but also turned into a pro photographer, helping us strike the best poses and capturing amazing shots we’ll treasure forever. Lunch was a delicious, authentic Egyptian meal, and the stop at the perfume shop was a fun and fragrant experience where we learned about Egypt’s famous oils and fragrances. Comfortable transport and a smooth itinerary made this day truly unforgettable. Highly recommend Osama and this tour!
