Tour is good, but please beware of jewelry store!
Overall, the tour was good. Felt like a value with transportation provided to and from your hotel and there were many diverse activities, including a delicious and authentic lunch. However, one of the stops-- the pearl and jewelry stop named Velvet Box, was a scam. They claimed to have sell me a sterling silver and natural emerald gemstone ring and was valued at $1,500 USD. After the purchase, I read reviews of the store and was mostly negative. When I got home, I had the ring appraised and was worth $75. The silver was authentic, but the gemstones were glass. I suspect the store and the tour company have some sort of agreement if someone purchases something. Thankfully, I was able to dispute it through my credit card company. I'd recommend the tour, but please be aware and not buy anything and the jewelry shop named The Velvet Box!

Excellent tour. Giovanni, guide and driver, covered everything from history to culture of the place. Highly recommended!
Best tour service in Los Cobos

No real complaints, exceptional service
Had to cancel initially. This process was seamless. There was a waiting period but it was not long before I had my refund and could repurchase. Sheila and her associate were amazing. We got the same trips at the same price and they could not have been more knowledgeable or efficient or fun! Then we were honored by a very good man and tour guide in our new friend, Giovanni! When things went wrong that were no fault of his, he maintained his professionalism, composure, and extremely pleasant demeanor. We will choose him again, if we can. Tomorrow we are going on the Sunset Cruise, and I asked him if he was going to be working that. He did not know, but whoever it is, we're hoping he or she will be his equal.
