Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

- You will receive an instant confirmation email (VIATOR /TRIPADVISOR VOUCHER) after the booking is made, but it cannot be used to redeem at “At the Top - Burj Khalifa” ticket counter.
- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the Burj Khalifa entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- Please note that during peak tourist season, weekend and public holidays this option will also have some waiting time at the Ticket Counter / Elevator.

Visit to Burj Kalifa
The experience is pretty nice. Get to know the world's tallest building from a real impact. The elevator over so silently and ripples what you do not feel. The 360-degree view on the 125th floor is spectacular
Postcard Dubai
I bought the premium ticket before leaving the Burj Khalifa website. The service skips the line and super recommended. We made it to the 148th floor terrace. The view was spectacular, despite a little haze. The bar service was something that cannot be described in words, but only tried and experienced. I recommend buying at least one photo with the photo shoot. The box set is truly exceptional.
Call Odyssey DMC yourself to check for tour times
I set up a Burj Khalifa top tour for 7pm through Viator, I never received my ticket. I had to contact the actual vendor only to find out tours stop at 6pm. Messed up the last day of my trip, update you website with valid tour times
Extremely long waiting...
Extremely long waiting lines to go up and also to get down. Waited almost 2 hours. As we were traveling with kids and elderly, it is not comfortable for them as there is nowhere to sit and rest legs while waiting that long.
Skip the line tickets are a God send and this place is beautiful
Plan to do this, the views are incredible and allow them to take your picture at the entrance, the end result is great. That picture is our favorite souvenir. Also buy your skip the line ticket! you will be so very grateful you did. We avoided having to be in a large room crammed with people trying to get in, while we walked peacefully by without a wait. Time is everything when there are many things to see on vacation, so avoid the stress
