This morning, we will come and pick you up at the train station, your hotel, AirBnB or accommodation in Dijon or the surrounding area.

Meet your English speaking guide who is an expert on Burgundy Food & Wines and who will go over the program and itinerary of your private wine tour with you. Then, board your Premium, air-conditioned vehicle and begin your private tour to discover the local delicacies, specialties and wines of Burgundy.

Program & Itinerary :

9:30 AM : Pick up at train station, Hotel, Accommodation or AirBnB in Dijon

- Five culinary tasting stops to taste local specialties

- Optional lunch to choose from different suggestions

5:30 PM : Return to Dijon

Taste local food

This morning, depending on the season and your day of visit, follow your guide on a food tour in a market either in a village, in the town of Beaune or in the famous "Halles de Dijon". On this occasion you will have the opportunity to meet producers and farmers while tasting some local food. Regional products that can be tasted include the Burgundy Truffle, Parsleyed Ham, gingerbread, Blackcurrant liqueur from Dijon, Anise from Flavigny, chocolate, pastries and of course the famous Dijon Mustard.

Include your lunch during the booking process

To make it easier for you, we suggest 3 different options for your lunch that you can choose from during the booking process.

Option number 1: Enjoy a local lunch at the table of a vineyard restaurant. Exquisite, traditional cuisine in an idyllic setting. This option is priced at 25€ per person, excluding wines.

Option number 2: Enjoy food & wine pairing lunch at a family estate in Côte de Beaune or Côte de Nuits. Choose the wines you wish to pair with typical Burgundy dishes and cheeses. This option is priced at 79€ per person (subject to availability, closed on Sundays).

Option number 3: Enjoy fine dining at Château Le Clos de Vougeot with a 4 course lunch at the restaurant 'La Table de Léonce' with 4 wines included. This option is priced at 75€ per person (subject to availability, closed on Mondays during the season).

Taste local wines

Your afternoon will take you through the vineyards of Burgundy of Côte de Beaune & Côte de Nuits. Along the Route des Grands Crus admire castles, former Abbeys, Romanesque Churches and quaint villages surrounded by vineyards. Then stop in a traditional wine cellar for a comparative Burgundy Wine Tasting session. During your commented tasting, experience Burgundy White wines as well as Pinot Noir red wines that will include 1ers Crus and Grands Crus wines. You will also be able to combine some of the local food purchased in the morning to pair with the wines tasted in the afternoon.

After your wine tasting session, it will be time to make our way back to Dijon. We will drop you off in Dijon and that will be the end of our services.

Pascal was, above all, a smiling whirlwind of energy from the very start — bursting with knowledge, passion, and just the right amount of dramatic flair. He painted the horror of the Omaha Beach invasion so vividly that we could practically hear the chaos, then marched us through the bunkers at Pointe du Hoc like we were on a mission ourselves. Our Normandy D-Day tour was well worth it and we so enjoyed our tour guide Matt. He made the tour engaging, entertaining and informative. The tour was just the right size and a half day was perfect for us. It would have been much harder to get around to the sites and understand each without the information that Matt was constantly sharing. There was hardly a time that Matt was not telling us what/how/when of what we were looking at. Thanks Matt!
