Belgium Day Trip
An incredible day trip to Belgium from Paris! We travelled from Paris in the morning, spent the day exploring both Bruges and Brussels, and made it back to Paris that same evening. It was a long day, but absolutely worth it. Bruges was easily one of the highlights of our entire European trip. The canals, cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and beautiful squares make the city feel like something out of a storybook. Walking through the historic centre, taking in the architecture and stopping for Belgian chocolate and waffles was exactly the experience we were hoping for.
Bad experience
The trip is very rushed; you are in Brussels for 1 hour and a half and you have to run to the next city; I definitely do not recommend it. There is no time to get to know either of the two cities.
Highly recommended!
This was a full-day tour from Paris to Brussels and Bruges. It’s a long day, but well worth the time. Our tour guide, Cristina, was absolutely amazing! She provided many interesting details about the different cities (alternating between Spanish and English!), and kept a close eye on us to make sure we were well taken care of. The optional chocolate tasting was informative and tasty, though a bit pricey. The bus was quite comfortable, and there were regularly-scheduled breaks where we could stretch our legs, buy snacks and/or use the facilities. All in all, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this tour!
