Traveler reviews
Wonderful experience
This is one of the best tour buses we have ever taken . Our first driver Jack was extremely knowledgeable and had a great singing voice. Our second driver was unfortunately forgettable. Our third driver, Hugo, was great very knowledgeable and told hilarious jokes. He made it so pleasure. Great time.
Hugo is the Boss
We spent 5 hours on a tour with Hugo, the most wonderful trolley guide you could ask for!! He was informative as well as entertaining. He was very friendly and welcoming as we entered the trolley, kept the crowd laughing throughout the tour and provided both historical facts as well as current information about many of the restaurants and sites.
Great Hop On/Hop Off Experience
Loved this tour. Hugo was hilarious and provided colorful commentary on the trip. The trolleys came by every twenty minutes, which gave us lots of options for sightseeing all over the city. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
Hop on hop off it’s not the name city view
Everything said hop on hop off so we ended up on the competitor hop on hop off bus. Finally got the ticket on the right company, which was nothing more than a recording so never again will we go on the city view not hop on hop off nor will we recommend it.
Hop on, Hop off Boston Tour Bus
First driver had pressed a button for a voice recording tour of each stop, we got off at the 3rd stop to walk around for 25 mins as we weren’t impressed, we caught a few reenactments. We got on the next bus and the driver’s name was Jesse, what a breath of fresh air ! From last experience, we had planned to hop off again and walk around and learn Boston history on our own, but Jesse was so entertaining and very knowledgable of the city of Boston that we remained in our seats until the last stop! Jesse was awesome!! I highly recommend him!!
