Great narration- very informative about some of the history of places on the harbor. A very relaxing way to take in the sights. Would definitely recommend!

Lacking customer service

Had a problem before cruise and was at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Tried to call and move it to the next day. With all the given phone numbers no could help or take responsibility. Not at all “Consumer friendly “.
