Please do NOT take this tour
We need a refund. We didn't bring water as in the tour said water would be provided, than the guide said..Sorry we don't have water. Than we managed to literally stay 30 minutes + inside the kayak not sure for what awaiting..the tour supposed to start at 1..close 2 2 we were still there..we went a very short time..did see anything than , we were communicated we had to go back We spent literally 1/2 MAX actually doing the tour 2 people $154 × dollars...please refund

The experience was wonderful from start to finish! Thank you Eric! Everything was thoughtfully explained, from the booking process and location details to what to wear and what to bring. Getting into the kayaks was easy, and the instructions on how to maneuver and control the kayak were clear and helpful. Our guide, Eric, also made the experience especially enjoyable by sharing interesting facts about manatees and dolphins, including their habitat, behavior, and hunting techniques. The combination of excellent instruction, beautiful surroundings, and fascinating information made this an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this tour!
Great experience!
Such a fun and relaxing experience. Our guide, Eric, is as very knowledgeable about the ecosystem. He kept the tour entertaining, and I was impressed how he remembered everyone in the groups name!
Nice boards, but wouldn’t recommend this tour.
Guide was 45 minutes late to a 2 hour “tour.” We didn’t go anywhere we couldn’t have gone on our own with rentals - most of the tour was right around the bridge we drove over and very public areas with docks and we didn’t see any wildlife (which I realize they can’t control, but it would be nice to bring the group somewhere interesting if there isn’t wildlife to view). The guide mentioned that earlier tours are better for spotting wildlife. I’ve been on some great eco tours in Florida, but this was not one. Their equipment was in good shape.
