  • Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.
  • You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.
  • All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building.
  • Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
  • A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights. Missed flights are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
  • Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.
  • No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.
  • Sunset views are not guaranteed.
  • Please note that the heliport fee was not included for reservations made prior to March 2, 2026 and must be paid separately at $40.00 per person.

Amazing to experience.

I am happy with the trip

I am lucky to seat in front beside the pilot. There is so cool to see New York from the sky. I am happy with my tour. Just the photographer need to improve his skills.

To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees. Passengers exceeding 275 lbs./124 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at 100% of the applicable retail price. Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver's license, is required and match reservation. Must walk through a metal detector. All bags are subject to inspection. Complimentary lockers are available to hold belongings while flying Helicopter window seats aren't guaranteed due to weight and balance factors. No parking on site
