Enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide
We really enjoyed this walking tour of Berlin covering the Cold War and Third Reich sites and monuments within a two hour walk. Our guide, a Liverpudlian called Greg (I think!), was excellent — funny and engaging while always being respectful and serious when discussing the darker parts of Berlin’s war history. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. A very informative and worthwhile tour that gave us a much better understanding of Berlin’s past. Highly recommend.
A sector of Berlin that I might not have seen on my own
I wasn’t disappointed at all. I was however, expecting something different. My guide was very knowledgable and was a pleasure to be with.
Walking Tour
Really informative tour. Cairan was a great guide. A good pace to keep the teenagers in our group engaged.
Fantastic opportunity to learn about Berlin’s history
This was a fantastic opportunity to get to visit and learn about some of Berlin’s most famous historical sites. I really appreciated the chance to learn more about places like the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, Checkpoint Charlie, and more. It was hot and sunny out but so lovely to be walking around learning about this important history. Emma was an absolutely fantastic guide and really made sure our whole group was taken care of the whole time. I really recommend anyone visiting Berlin take this tour!
Alex was ace!
Had a really enjoyable two hours in the company of Alex. Despite being from Reading, UK(!) his knowledge of Berlin was amazing. The tour flew by and I learnt so much. Booking was simple as were the logistics in general. Would highly recommend.
