If you ever want to see the most things in DC, you need to rent these bikes. We rode for 9 hours the first day and went from the Supreme Court to Watergate & Kenedy Center, to Georgetown around the Tidal Basin and saw a lot of monuments and buildings. Having a lay of the land, we were able to plan deeper dives in the following days. They give you bike locks, so you just need to find a bike rack and get off and walk into and around the mounments and memorials. Don't waste your time with the red City Bikes or the green scooters.

Quality pf bikes were fair as they were heavily used and they didnt pump up the tires before we left. I booked 1 month in advance for 3 days. One week later I cancelled one day and requested a refund. Upon arrival, they insisted I owed them money as they incorrectly credited me too much and that it was my responsibility to fix. I checked my credit card statement and I never received a credit no less two credits. On the 3rd call i placed I was told I would receive a call back after they investigated. to date I have not received a call.
