A trip to Belfast is not complete without this Political Tour

Our family trip included two college students; one is a Political Science Major who had touched on The Troubles in his studies. Mark provided a well balanced guided tour, allowing time for us to get out and more closely inspect the polical murals and memorials. It was wonderful to get a living history from someone who grew up in the area with first hand knowledge. As his topic of interest, our son sat up front with Mark since we thought he would want to ask many questions; he didn't, and when questioned why later, he said that he was just absorbing all the history Mark had to share, and was left without questions. This tour was a highlight of our trip, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in gaining a deeper understanding of Ireland.

Amazing tour

Big Mark was a great guide.. he offered incredible insight from both sides of the conflict. We came away with a better understanding of the history and also the current situation. We'd definitely recommend this tour to others! So important to have a guide who was born and raised in West Belfast!

Great tour, really interesting

This was such a great tour, Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was so interesting hearing all about the past troubles and visiting all the wall murals. Would highly recommend

Very sobering and impactful

This was an incredibly moving tour. We went out first thing on a Sunday and our driver had us completely engrossed in his stories right away. It was a very sobering experience. I did not cry but got close a few times.
