A great first step into Muay Thai
I had no experience before this class, but the trainers made everything easy to understand. It was challenging without feeling intimidating. Expect to sweat a lot because the session is quite active.
Very educational and fun Muay Thai lesson!
This Muay Thai class was very educational! You can see that the people who teach us Muay Thai really like it. In addition, you will be helped well. They give tips and challenge you. So it doesn't matter if you've done it a few times or never. The location is also very nice and clean. Well organized. Boxing gloves and shin guards (if necessary) are provided on site and hand bandages can be rented for 50 baht. There is also a nice cafe attached, where you can have a drink and snack before or after. During the lesson, your audience can watch you learn Muay Thai. A lot of fun to do with your friends or family. We will definitely be back!
