On your 2.5-hour private tour, your guide will lead you to the highlights of the palace and its garden. Climb the grand staircase and see the Salone, the large hall, painted with an amazing fresco on the ceiling by Pietro da Cortona. Explore the most interesting rooms of the palace to see works by Raphael, Caravaggio, Titian, Holbein, Metsys and more.
Throughout your tour, your guide will use an iPad and other multimedia tools to help make the experience even more engaging and educational. Your tour will end in Barberini Square where you will see Bernini’s Triton Fountain.

Traveler reviews
Incredible tour, the guide was amazing!
The guide made this tour amazing. We learned more than we expected. Incredible! The private tour made it the best we did not have to use headphones.
Art Lovers' Paradise
Absolutely world class art -- think paintings by Carravaggio + Raphael + an oval staircase designed by Borromini in palace that was home to the Barberini's (A-list Renaissance bankers + popes). Don't miss the painted ceiling in the central hall, you can sit in a lounge chair and look up forever.
Wonderful private tour
Bruno was a great guide. We enjoyed our tour. The museum was empty and we learned so much from him. He explained the history of the family and all of the beautiful artwork

Vera gave us a superb tour of the museum. With a deep knowledge she pointed out highlights and 'backsides' of the Renaissance. She really made my visit special. The highlight of my Rome trip. Thank you.
