- Its the guest responsibility to arrive at the pier on time. Lateness or no show there will be no refund given.
- All guests are provided with pre-arranged seating on the cruise. If you have a preference for a specific deck level, please include your request when booking. We will forward your request to the cruise team, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed.

Bangkok
It was fun. Food tasted good, but it was super touristy. No flavor or spice. The entertainment was a band who at best played like a school band and two singers who sang cover songs but the couldn’t hold a tone. They came across as good at making a party and the guests seems to find them funny overall. We sat on the upper deck and had a great view of the city. It was a good time, but why not get someone who can sing and play is beyond me.
Company cancelled the booking last minute
Cancelled last minute as overbooked! Second time this has happened. So unable to give it a review other than the poor customer service
River cruise
Lovely to see the lights along the river. Music was very loud so no chance of conversation. Food was fairly good but not sure of value for money.
Excellent cruise for night viewing
Great cruise for viewing the temples at night and good dinner and entertainment. Have to purchase beverages at a high price but expected. Overall very good experience and well worth the money.
Traditional dancers
The traditional dancers were amazing! The lead vocalist wasn't so great although she tried. She should leave the singing to the mail vocalist. The food wasn't that great either.
