Really great experience. The tour guide tried super hard and the experience was really nice.
Fraud
I paid online with the card the entire amount you told me I had to pay for this trip: 2 people, €118. Why was I asked for additional money upon boarding (440 baht). What was that money for and why wasn't I told in advance that I had to pay more? Why wasn't I given a receipt for that money? It's not right what you're doing. This is my last trip with this company. I do not recommend to anyone.
Nice crew, terrible operator and disappointing trip.
Our Guide ‘Coke’ was fantastic, as were the boat crew. The trip itself was a little disappointing with a jam packed boat of 45-50 people inside squeezed together. The reef we were taken snorkelling to was dead and lifeless and our two children were given adult masks which let water in so didn’t allow them to snorkel. There was an abundance of litter was strewn across the whole island. The final lagoon swim in Phi Leh was a highlight but in no way representative of the hundreds of pounds spent on the trip. Kids were left tired and disappointed so not something we’d recommend. Left a 3 purely as politeness to the wonderful crew.
Very Crowded on all the stops
We had booked a day at Bamboo Island but had this instead since the trip we booked were cancelled. We are both very experienced travellers and stayed in Thailand island-hopping for three months. Bamboo Island had excellant snorkeling and I had close enounter both with a shark and an rather large stingray when I choosed to snorkle a bit away from the crowds. The rest of the day was a big disappointment. So crowded in one of the bays we visited that there where more boats than people in the waters trying not to crash into each others, Monkey beach didn´t at all look like the Money beach I´ve seen on photos. And we just stopped to have a look from the boat since the two monkey on the beach "are angry and dangerous".. Skip the Maya Bay stop! It is all dead under the surface and really sad to see.
This program is not running at all now
We booked on TripAdvisor and were informed that they were not running this tour now. Instead, the night before we were offered a trip to the Phi Phi Islands with a 60 minute stop on Bamboo Island. We took it and would have liked to stay on Bamboo Island all day instead of being sluiced around on a lot of crowded stops. Remove programs that no longer exist from here.
