Great Tour that Took Care of Me When I Got Sick

VISIT: beginning of March 2020 TOUR: Bali Sensational: Ubud and Tanah Lot Temple Tour BOOKING: through Chase Ultimate Rewards and many other tour sites We weren't able to finish our tour as I got sick on the way to the first site out of 5. We made it to two before I had to call it quits and the driver/tour guide was SENSATIONAL. His education was FANTASTIC and taking care of me, to get me back to our hotel he was great. Unfortunately, I don't remember our tour guides name, but really wish I could give him a shout out although I did let whomever was texting me from the company, let them know he did a fantastic job The company contacted me through Whatsapp and was very communicative, which was great. Even after the tour, they texted me to check in. We plan to go back to Bali and would 100% book again with this group!

Great tour

A huge thank you to the tour company for a great day out. Our driver was early to collect us, drove very safely and worked with us to ensure that our day tour met our needs. He was incredibly courteous and very informative and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend using this company - from the first point of contact they were very efficient and everything was arranged quickly and smoothly.
