We had a great experience with our driver Aris. He was very friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable the entire time and was always patient and professional. You can tell he truly cares about his guests and wants them to have a good experience. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a reliable and kind driver!
Safe driving on busy night with lots of traffic
Chris was a great driver, informative and safe! We appreciated his patience with very heavy traffic. He was about an hour late to pick us up due to traffic unfortunately but he was apologetic and communicated his timing for arrival so we knew when to expect him.

We were greeted by lovely Ketut, who had a sign ready for us. In saying that, he had already sent a few messages on WhatsApp before we’d exited the airport to reassure us he was there. Ketut speaks great English, gave us a few tips about Bali & Bali culture. For example, in Balinese culture, children are named given their order of birth. Ketut is the 4th child. 💕 He was also a wonderful driver! We very much recommended Ketut & this pick up service.

Not thrilled with this driver. He didn’t know the name of the hotel we were going to and had never been there. His back seat buckle was broken. But he got us to the Samanvaya Resort (highly recommend) safely.
