Be warned!

Be warned! Title of excursion is misleading or false. 1. Directions to get to the place were unclear. We ran all over Florence to find it. An hour later we did. (Our teacher at the restaurant told us this has happened before) 2. I booked for a Pizza and Gelato making class. When we got to the restaurant they said they did not offer Gelato and the pizza making was gluten free (which we did not want) Our instructor also told us this error has happened before. 3. Our instructor at the restaurant itself was lovely. She made the experience better. Also, she had asked to take pictures of my reservation to show that it was clearly wrong. 4. I asked for a partial refund and got declined by Viator. I paid for a service Viator did not fully provide.
