Wonderful Sunday
It was one of the best experiences I have had in Argentina. The team that took us to the El Ombu hacienda, Sofía and Diego, were excellent people, especially Sofía, who was present at every moment. Her kindness and her knowledge of what we were going to enjoy made the experience even more worth being part of that group. The treatment at the El Ombu hacienda and the special events completed a perfect stay for a wonderful Sunday.
Day at a Gaucho farm
Definitely worth it!! Great way to experience what life in the country side in Argentina’s pampas is like. Diego’s estancia was beautiful and peaceful. Great experience riding horses and then experiencing a true Argentinian “asado”. Then we were able to witness the “horse whispering” talents of a real Gaucho. The day ended with folkloric music and dance. Fun day! Our guide Jael was fun, informative and a pleasure to travel with.
Absolute Must Do
Honestly one of the best tours we have ever done, guide Nicolas was fluent on English and gave us a great history of many things en route to gaucho farm, food was spectacular (and plentiful) and then the dancing was great, I'm not a fan of those types of things and didnt participate, but Nicholas was up with everyone making sure we all had fun and were involved, horse ride was great and husband has disability so was taken on a carriage, nothing was missed and attention to detail was incredible, long day and great value, would do again and highly recommend
Not recommended
The place was okay, not great ! The tour inside the small ranch is not handicapped accessible. The tourist guide was very friendly and spoked good enough English The food wasn’t good or what I expected from a “ESTANCIA “The Malbec wine was weak. Not recommended! I do recommend the tour guide “ Florencia” was awesome.
