Great day in the countryside
We had a really great day at the estancia! The gauchos were fantastic, and it was really nice to see their traditions. The horseback riding was definitely one of our favorite parts of the day, and the asado was amazing.
Overall, it was a great...
Overall, it was a great experience. The countryside environment was very calm and peaceful. It was my first time horse riding, and the staff was extremely helpful with that experience. I enjoy the folk dancing and music very much. I am a blind participant traveling on my own, and The tour guide Annahe was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. She described everything to me in detail. The only issue I had was that there are a couple activities in the description of the strip that did not happen. We did not visit the chocolate factory and we did not visit the place where they make silver.
Gaucho Culture
A carnivore’s day of meat and Gaucho culture, presented by our wonderful local Gaucho lady guide. Horse riding, sulky ride, music and dancing. Highly recommended!
Fabulous gaucho experience
We had a fabulous day with Diego as driver and Facundo as our guide. We learned so much about Argentina, Gaucho history and then the estanza was so welcoming. The horses were well cared for, the food amazing- so much meat and tasty salads. The horse whispering was also impressive. I loved the young children gauchos too they were so confident dancing and riding.
An authentic day trip
I loved the authenticity of this experience. Our group was small and the farm we visited was wonderful. Las Dueñas' owners were hands on and welcomed us warmly. The stop-over in San Antonio town was a bit short and the chocolate factory is closed on a Tuesday. The afternoon was relaxing and interesting at the farm. We had fun dancing with the local dancers too. Our guide, Natalia, was friendly and professional and very informative. I would highly recommend this day trip.
