A Meaningful and Stress-Free Experience

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is an incredibly emotional and humbling experience, and I am so glad we booked this shared English tour from Krakow. The organization was seamless, which allowed us to focus entirely on the historical significance of the site. The transfer was smooth and punctual, but the absolute highlight of the logistics was our driver, Michał. He provided truly phenomenal service from start to finish. On the drive there, he played an informative video about the history of Auschwitz, which provided essential context before we arrived. He also took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what to expect for the day, including a clear breakdown of the timeline, which really helped put us at ease. Beyond his professionalism, Michał went above and beyond in a way I never expected. I was caught off guard by the weather and only had short sleeves on, but he actually offered me his own sweatshirt for the entirety of the tour so I wouldn't be cold and can enjoy the tour for what it was. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference in my day. The tour itself was handled with great respect, and having the transportation coordinated made the journey back to Krakow a much needed time for quiet reflection. If you are planning this visit, I highly recommend this service—and if you’re lucky enough to get Michał, you’ll be in great hands!

Private transfer from Krakow old town to the auschwitz

Learned a lot about the camps and what went on within them and what led to the creation and destruction of the camps. Transportation was great with little tips and information about places along the way to our destination with Piotr.

Something you have to see

The most sobering tour we have ever seen. However something I think everyone should make the effort to see.
