- PICKUP : Some hotels in Krakow are located in a restricted traffic zone. In such cases, your pickup will be arranged from the nearest available location. You will be informed about this one day before the tour.
- BREAKS ⌛️: Breaks during the tour are no longer than 10 minutes. We encourage you to wear comfortable footwear as there will be a lot of walking during the tour .
- DEPARTURE TIME ️: The start time of the tour may change due to the limited number of guides available at the Auschwitz Museum. Please contact the supplier to confirm your exact departure time the day before the tour. If you not specify your hotel adress we will be waiting for you on our pick-up place: Pawia 18b, kiss and ride stop, next to Mercure hotel.
- DOCUMENTS : Please make sure to bring with you ID or passoprt. Because before the entrance seciurity will ask about it.
- LUNCH : We encourage you to bring food and drinks as we do not plan a lunch break during the excursion. You can also choose the option of a tour with lunch included in the price
- WEATHER CONDITIONS⛅: Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. The tour mostly takes place outdoors, so we encourage you to bring an umbrella or a raincoat in case of bad weather.
- REFUND: In rare cases when no guide is available, the tour may be changed to a self-guided tour or cancelled with a full refund
- In rare circumstances beyond our control, a licensed museum guide may become unavailable due to changes in museum allocations or operational restrictions. If this occurs, we will contact you several days in advance and offer one of the following alternatives: entry to the museum with an official guidebook in your language, or a fully guided experience with our local guide at historically significant locations around the former camp complex without entry to the museum grounds. If neither alternative suits you, a full refund will be provided

We scheduled an 8 AM...
We scheduled an 8 AM tour. When we arrived, they said we were not on the list, but were scheduled for the 2 PM tour instead. Our Auschwitz tickets allowed us in at 4:30, giving us only an hour to be there. We were very rushed. By the time we viewed Birkenau, it was dusk. On the positive side, our guide did an excellent and comprehensive job presenting information.

It is a tragic part of our history that should never be forgotten. This horrific event must remembered. Students must be taught about this on their classes. Always remember what you see
Last minute notification that we would not be able to enter the camp sites
I was informed the afternoon before the tour that there were not enough guides so we would not be allowed on the grounds of the camps. Instead I was offered to cancel or else to do a modified tour where we stood outside the gates to hear the information. All other tours were booked so there was no other option. And furthermore I was required to sign a waiver that I understood the restrictions on the tour and I would not be able to request a refund. The only saving grace was that Norbert was a decent guide.
A little too quick
Fabulous spoken English, but not enough time in each area to read all the text. Perhaps smaller groups?
Book directly with Auschwitz museum
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! IT IS MISLEADING!! I regret that I didn’t read the 1 star reviews before booking this tour as they were exactly to the detail of what occurred for me. Instead I read all the other reviews how this was “the best tour ever!” Maybe these were the lucky few. I was informed the night before that there weren’t any guides available for the museum and the inside sections of the two camps. This was an “outside” tour only. As in looking through fences and gates. They gave me an option to get a full refund or continue with their sticky-taped tour. I came all the way from Australia to experience this, I wasn’t about to give up at least seeing the camps. As several people have stated in previous reviews, it wasn’t about taking the best photo for my Insta page or a selfie in front of an area where people were murdered. It was to learn about the history, to pay my respects and to feel the full impact of the place. I felt that sombre part missing from this “outside” tour. My overall point is that they need to have a disclaimer saying that there could be a possibility of partial cancellation and maybe not call it a museum tour and call it what it is.
