  • If the customers want to book also the Return transfer,they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking.
  • The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded.
  • Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage 8-10 kl & one large luggage up to 28 kl extra luggage will charged
  • Baby trolley is accepted under contact with The operator,be aware if the trolley of the baby affect the whole transfer it will be an extra cost.Bicycles are not accepted,sports equipment is not accepted.

Luxury and comfort

We are two families of 5, so a total of 10. We had been traveling for 14 days so we had a LOT of luggage. He was very helpful with loading of the luggage, but I do feel like he was stressed about the timing and getting us to the airport on time. I had scheduled our trip for 8:30 and the elevators were very small and very slow. It took until 8:45 to get everyone and all luggage to the vehicle. We were able to make it to the airport in luxury and comfort in adequate time for our 12:00 flight.

No response from tour provider.

Bad communication with tour provider. Never responded back to my questions. I always asked Viator to contact them. If I don’t have responses from them, I will cancel the booking. Finally, I got response from Viator.
