Best Day ever with Albert/Chu!

We had an amazing time! I have been coming for 5 or 6 years to Aruba and saw new things I never had before. Albert/Chu was amazing at finding beautiful spots and sharing history and facts with us. We saw Casabari Rocks, Conchi, Dos Playa, Boca Prins, Beach Cave, Fontein Cave, and some sites around Oranjestad. He made our trip complete and we made a new friend along the way. Would do it all again in a heartbeat!!!

6 Hour Private Jeep Tour, A MUST DO.

We booked a private jeep tour four our family of 6 adults. We explored the remote areas of the National Park. Conchi, Casibari, Fontein Cave, Dos Playo, Beach Cave, Boca Keto, and throughout Oranjestad. Albert/Chu was our local guide and he was spectacular. He was attentive to our needs and made the day eventful for experienced and newcomers to the Island of Aruba. Chu, our guide, not only made us feel welcomed, but part of the extended family. A must request for your experience to the Island.

Do your research

Our driver started out great, but our overall experience wasn't the best. We started at the butterfly farm, that was great, the kids loved it. Then we wanted to go to the park and see the pools. We get to the entrance and go inside the information area to pay and use restrooms. Our driver to the gal at the desk and I paid for our group. Our first stop in the park was the caves Kids that the caves were cool! Then we take the long rough road to the pools. Kids loved the bumpy road my dad did not, He has some health issues, and it was a bit rough for him. We finally get to the pools where there are 99 steps to go down. We go down to find out they are closed! If we would have known that we would have spent our time in Aruba differently. You would think that the office where i paid could have said something. But the worse part was, our driver says we have 30min left of her time. That will get us back to the ship. We were not done with Aruba yet, so we asked to be taken to a beach near the Hotel/Resorts which isn't too far away from Ship. When we arrive to the beach, our driver said I will take your dad (he was sore and beat up from the road) back and we were planning on getting a cab back from the beach. We had changed our mind on the drive over and asked her to just take us all back. Our driver then says I will have to charge you half hour of time since we are out of time. (But she was going to take my dad back?) I asked how much that is? She said $75. cap is $40 and we are about 30min from the ship, not even close to the resorts. she took us to a tourist only beach where they charge to use the bathrooms and rinse your feet off. Not our type of beach. We caught a cap back. was not happy with our driver!
