Traveler reviews
Just say no
Our tour guide was late to the start of the capitol tour. It took over 30 minutes standing in line to enter the capitol visitor center. The capitol tour ended late so we missed the connection with the bus. We were forced to run to catch the bus which left without us and had to get a taxi to chase the bus. The bus tour had a different tour guide who was difficult to understand because he was recovering from medical issue that affected his speech. We were told the bus tour was not going to Arlington Cemetery with us so we were dropped off at a Chipotle so we could get lunch and had to hire an Uber ride to get us to the cemetery. We were not returned to our morning start point. Were left at the cemetery and had to Uber back to our hotel. Poorly run tour and we would not recommend to anyone else.
Awesome Guide!
Our guide Dwayne was phenomenal! So friendly and outgoing. A wealth of knowledge on the cemetery and the Tomb. We only had 4 people in our group total which made the experience so personal!
Worth every penny
James was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. Took us to all the major sites plus some added attractions! Highly recommended!
Worth it!’
Great experience. Your guide, James, was too notch! Retired college history professor with lots and lots of knowledge about everything. Highly recommend!
Terrific Tour
James is very knowledgeable and so impressed with his ‘make the most’ of your tour. We did get to experience the changing of guard which was special! Thank you!
